Player of the Week & Recaps

Program Information

The best youth basketball program in the area!

 

  • Clinics prep your child for league games and allow us to assess each players skill level. 

  • Following team assignments teams will have 1-2 practices prior to the league games beginning.

  • All practices and games are held on the designated playing night

  • Weekly games complete with scorekeepers, stats, announcing game write ups and player of the week awards.

  • Season runs from June - August

 

Goals & Objectives

The main objectives of the our league are based upon providing a positive and fun atmosphere for youth athletes to learn and improve on the fundamentals of football in a competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship.

This will be accomplished by:

  • Maximizing playing time by limiting team sizes.

  • Coaching with positive reinforcement and an emphasis on building confidence.

  • Teaching the fundamentals of basketball in a fun and positive manner.

  • Encouraging competitiveness without sacrificing sportsmanship or teamwork.

Player Placement

We do not honor requests for friends to be placed on the same team. Only siblings will be guaranteed same team placement.  This policy exists because we simply can't honor the high volume of player placement requests while also ensuring teams are competitively balanced.
