COME WALK WITH US
Lace up your sneaks and get out and walk with us. Though it is reward enough with all the positive physical and mental gains you get from getting out for a walk a few times a week, those of us here at the North Tonawanda Parks and Recreation Department are also going to reward you for your efforts.

Once we're friends, you'll receive notifications from us to participate in some challenges. Pick the challenge that's right for you.
To start off, we'll just be counting walks. But stay tuned as we'll be adding runs and bike rides very soon.
Each week we'll highlight our participant of the week on our Facebook page (Unless you're rather modest and don't want the recognition).
We'll also reward people for hitting milestones like their first 5 miles, 10 miles and so on.
