This program is sponsored by The Niagara County Youth Bureau, and monitored by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). We must follow guidelines provided by these entities.

GUIDELINES

• Free lunches are provided for children ages 18 and under.
• Lunches must be picked up by the child at the pavilion at Payne Park
• Lunches must be eaten on the premises and cannot be taken off premises.
• This is a change from the last 2 years where we had drive by lunch pick ups due to COVID restrictions.
