Grades: 7 & up
Instructors from Riederer's Kenpo Self Defense
will be on hand to equip students on how to protect themselves in
situations that include bully attacks, and stranger advances. This is a hands on and interactive program. Cost is free, but you must register to reserve a spot.

Do you like singing? Rock out each week with others who enjoy belting out their favorite tunes. We'll work on songs, and maybe even have a performance! No registration required. Just show up!
Dates: November 14-Dec 5
In this four week program you will be guided by a licensed nutritionist who will take you through planning, prepping and making tasty and healthy meals.

Join us for this hootin' hollering good ol' time. Bring your friends or join a group as we review all the square dance calls and have some good old fashion square dancing fun. If you're planning on being in the annual Hoedown at the High School on December 21, this is the perfect opportunity to get you ready! No need to register, just show up and bring your dancing shoes!

OPEN GYM NIGHTS
Stop in to and get some energy out during our open gym hours. Whether it's playing "pick up" basketball, tossing around a football, etc we've got a nice BIG gym ready for use!

Learn how to properly care for infants, and young children in a babysitting setting
Learn how to conduct yourself professionally making babysitting your "business"
Learn first aid and standard safety procedures as well as how to deal with problems and issues that may arise in a babysitting setting
Participants will take an active role in this hands on class. They will also receive a take-home packet with key tips and guidelines that were covered in class.
